# WordPress plugins built for Pusher

A plugin built for Pusher works when its settings let you enter a host:

1. In your account, open **Sites → Realtime API keys** and copy the site app ID, key and secret.
2. In the plugin settings, choose its custom or self-hosted Pusher option, if it names it so.
3. Enter `ws.wordplus.cloud` as the WebSocket host, `rest.wordplus.cloud` as the HTTP API host, port `443` with TLS on, and the site app ID, key and secret.

A plugin with a single host field takes `ws.wordplus.cloud` for both, since it answers the HTTP API too.

A plugin that asks only for a Pusher cluster, with no host field, cannot connect until its author adds one.

Its channels, presence and events then run on your subscription, with the same unlimited connections as our own plugins.
