Empties the chat of a live stream for everyone watching, the pinned message too.

Deletes a message of the chat for everyone watching, and unpins it when it was pinned.

Pins a message of the chat over it for everyone watching, in place of the one pinned before. `null` unpins it.

One message every `seconds` for everyone in the chat but its hosts and moderators, up to 300. 0 turns slow mode off.

Ends a live stream for everyone, as its host ending it does. Your webhook then gets `stream.ended`.

Turns the reactions of a live stream on or off, for everyone watching, at once.

Takes a person out of a live stream now. They may come back. The host is never taken out (403 `host`).
