Time someone out
POST/wordplus/realtime/streams/:name/timeout
Someone may not write in the chat for seconds, from 60 to 86,400, and goes on watching. The host is never timed
out (403 host).
In the packages: realtime.stream( name ).timeout( user, seconds ).

bad_request, bad_seconds: out of range.
missing_signature, stale_signature (a clock off by more than 5 minutes), unknown_site, bad_signature (a wrong secret, or a body or path other than the one signed).
not_included: your plan does not include live streams. host: the host is never taken out.
