Other servers
The SDK talks to WordPlus Cloud's servers by default. Four filters point it elsewhere:

They are for a development server and for tests: the examples' check.mjs points them at a realtime server on the same machine.
A self-hosted WordPlus Cloud server doesn't run the SDK yet. It knows its sites by their licence keys, while channels and calls need each site's own credentials and its plan's features, which only WordPlus Cloud's servers have for now. A site on a self-hosted server uses WordPlus's own plugins there as before.
